Abigail is an author, speaker, coach, and trainer who is passionate about equipping leaders to make a significant impact.
A Certified Professional Life Coach (CPLC) and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Abigail is also a Certified Human Behavior & DISC Consultant and skilled in developing leaders and cultivating growth and healthy relationships.
Abigail has a Bachelor of Communications Education and Masters in Theatre in Directing. She is a gifted educator and natural encourager, and excels at helping her students apply coaching concepts with practical feedback that is personal and genuine.
Shining brightly from Denver, Abigail takes great joy in serving her students, loving her family, soaking in nature, enjoying Thai food, and is most likely juggling a few books at the same time.
