Abigail
Abigail is an author, speaker, coach, and trainer who is passionate about helping leaders get equipped to help others move forward. She is a Certified Professional Life Coach and an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Abigail is the Development Director for Thrive Ministry, which replenishes and supports women serving cross-culturally.
An educator at heart, she has used her Bachelor of Communications Education to teach on all age levels and her Masters in Theatre in Directing to run theatre programs and direct productions. Becoming a coach was a game-changer and has seeped into all areas of her life including connecting with her four girls who are 20, 18, 16, and 14. When she carves out “me time” she loves reading, seeing plays, getting coffee, taking walks, and connecting with family and friends.
Scott
Scott is in software sales and loves coming alongside people with the right solution for their needs. Whenever he can, he coaches and trains people in the corporate world and also the ministry space. He has a BS in Communications Management Systems and a Masters of Theology in Pastoral Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary.
Scott speaks, preaches, coaches and trains in varied settings. Certified as a life coach and behavior consultant, he creates practical resources and training programs to equip leaders for care, and coaches people to move forward effectively. In his spare time, he plays video games, watches movies and goes on dates with his daughters. In the fall, you can find him cheering for the Ohio State Buckeyes with wings by his side. Scott lives in Arvada, CO with his wife, teens, and 3 cats.

Scott and Abigail are passionate about equipping people to do what they were made to do. They are originally from Ohio where Scott worked as an IT Manager while Abigail was a high school theatre teacher. After surviving marriage struggles, they moved to Texas where Scott earned a ThM from Dallas Theological. Scott served on church staff for 12 years. Commissioned as missionaries from their home church, they started a nonprofit in 2015 which equipped people to have healthy relationships and trained leaders to coach and care well for others. in 2022 they moved to Colorado to live near family. Scott is currently in software sales and Abigail leads the business Equipping for Impact, which provides coaching, coach training, and resources for people to connect well with others.
