Coaching is personal and it’s a powerful, life-giving process. Whether you feel stuck, are carrying hurt, facing a complicated relationship, or striving toward a meaningful goal, coaching gives you space to slow down, reflect, and move forward with intention.
There are seasons when life feels heavier than usual—when you know something needs to change, but you’re not sure where to begin. Maybe you’re stuck in a pattern you can’t seem to break, carrying unresolved hurt, or feeling pulled in too many directions at once. Coaching may be for you if you're
Feeling stuck or unsure about next steps in a situation
Carrying tension in a relationship
Facing a decision that feels overwhelming
Wanting growth or meeting a goal, but not knowing how to start
I believe there is more for you than this.
Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused process that helps you clarify what matters most and take meaningful steps toward change. It’s a safe space to say what isn’t working, imagine what you want instead, and explore how to move forward with confidence.
When we work together, I won’t tell you what to do or try to “fix” you. Instead, we uncover what's next for you and create momentum for real growth. Coaching goes deeper than surface-level solutions and supports lasting change in your life, relationships, and priorities.
Clarity in Next Steps: Sort through the noise, clarify what matters most, and identify a clear, doable path forward.
Relief from Feeling Stuck: Have space to slow down, reflect, and gently move out of stuck places with intention and support.
Healthier Relationships: Better understand what’s happening beneath the surface and communicate in ways that build trust and connection.
Confidence in Decisions: Explore your options, understand your values, and move forward with greater confidence and peace.
Intentional Forward Movement: Take thoughtful, realistic steps toward the life, relationships, or leadership you want to grow into.

Unpack what’s happening, why it matters, and what to do next. Together, we’ll identify obstacles, clarify priorities, and create practical steps forward. Pair it with relationship coaching for deeper, more holistic growth.

Whether you’re navigating a relationship with a spouse or partner, parent or child, friend, or business partner, you don’t have to do it alone. Coaching helps you move forward with courage for better connection.

Whether you’re leading a family, a ministry, or a team, coaching can help you overcome obstacles, strengthen communication, and move toward shared goals with greater peace and effectiveness.

Marriage coaching creates a safe space to slow down, understand what’s beneath the tension, and practice healthier ways of listening, speaking, and navigating challenges. Together, you’ll work toward renewed connection, shared understanding, and a stronger path forward.
“We can try to avoid making choices by doing nothing, but even that is a decision.”
— Gary Collins, Coach and Author
You’re not sure if coaching is for you, and you don’t want to waste time and money. It can be scary to trust someone else with your innermost thoughts and feelings. Start here to answer your common questions.
Coaching is a collaborative partnership where a trained coach helps a client unlock their potential and overcome barriers keeping them back professionally or personally. It’s not just about helping you meet a goal in life. It's a safe place to say what isn't working for you and then to imagine what you would want it to look like. Through safe exploration, I will help you identify what you want your next steps to be. Everyone can benefit from coaching!
Coaching is flexible and tailored to your needs. Sessions are 50-60 minutes, and how often we meet is up to you. Some people meet weekly at first, and then move to every other week and then once a month. But, there is no one way to do it! Most clients find meaningful progress within 6–10 sessions.
Each session we'll discuss the topic you want to unpack next. (I will help you figure out some possibilities if you are not sure!) I might review what we talked about last time and ask you how it’s been going. Together, we identify what’s next for you and create momentum for real personal or professional growth. The client is in charge of what rocks we lift up and look under, and through questions and honest assessment, we identify something you would like to take action on before we meet again.
Coaching can be about any area at all – finances, relationships, health, life challenges, or new goals. Sometimes one topic leads into a deeper, more important topic beneath the surface. We can bounce around to different areas, or stay laser focused on one goal you have. Most issues and topics are safe for coaching, but If our sessions bring out an issue that would be better tackled with counseling, I will tell you!
Coaching focuses on current struggles and future goals – leaning into what action you can take to improve an area of your “fairly healthy” life. We use emotions, personality, values, accountability, and your strengths to help you move forward.
Counseling addresses past or present emotional issues, trauma, and mental health disorders, aiming for healing and understanding. Counseling can involve diagnosis and treatment of conditions like depression or anxiety. Counselors are licensed and have a more rigorous path of education and preparation than coaches do. In an ideal world, we promote each other and guide clients toward what is right for them and the growth and healing they need! If our coaching sessions bring out an issue that would be better tackled with counseling, I will tell you!
You don’t have to carry everything on your own. Coaching offers a place to slow down, feel heard, and move forward with clarity and hope. Life brings challenges—coaching helps you meet them with intention.
