What is Equipping for Impact?

At Equipping for Impact (EFI), we are passionate about equipping you to incorporate coaching skills into your conversations. Coaching or coach-like conversations are a way to come alongside people and change lives in a powerful way. We are glad to create customized materials for your staff, team, or church and we offer coaching for individuals, couples, teams, and groups.

We have been doing this work since 2011, and we took a journey with pastoring and running a nonprofit that you can read about in this blog. Our conversations with our own kids and family, our engagement of those at church and in business and everywhere are transformed because of the incredible experiences we have had with hundreds of clients in various situations and sectors.
