What does EFI Authentic Conversations look like?

Join us for 4 sessions of relevant, thought-provoking class, and prepare for cohort-style conversation and partner and group work. Estimate 1-2 hours of reading, watching videos, applying what you are learning, etc. in addition to attending class.

 

The “Work” in Developing Your Coaching Skills

  • Read assigned pages in the master class manual

  • Watch short videos

  • Participate in partner/trio coaching lab with classmates; role playing and practice conversations to master skills

  • Total of 16 hours class time over 4 weeks

SPRING 2025

This master class meets for 4 weeks on Wednesdays; April 2, 9, 16, and 23. We are live and interactive on Zoom (large group and breakout activities) for 2 hours. Class starts at 6:30 pm ET, 5:30 pm CT, 4:30 pm MT, 3:30 pm PT, etc.. You will look forward to the fast-pace and practical content each week!

Cost

Your tuition for EFI Authentic Conversations includes meaningful and interactive class times, the workbook and course guide, and one-on-one feedback about your progress. This 16-hour program is $800, and you can pay in full or save your spot with a deposit and finish payment at the halfway point.

    Abigail is an author, speaker, coach, and trainer who is passionate about helping leaders get equipped to make a significant impact. She is a Certified Professional Life Coach (CPLC) and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).  She is also a Certified Human Behavior & DISC Consultant and skilled in helping people make changes and cultivate healthy relationships.  She loves serving others.
